Paytm agent was gave me soundbox for shop without provide information and policy of sound box. He was just told me its free and without any charges for service.
After 2-3 days, someone told me that it was rental soundbox and they dont tell about it.
then i complaint in paytm to deactivate my soundbox but he didn’t and also cut the rent from my bank.
now again, after 1 month they cut rent from my bank. I again raise a complaint and they tell me that your complaint was not raised last month and sorry for that.
i didn’t get any solution from paytm i hope you could.
