On 27 th may 2022 i have paid echallan using sbiepay. In sbiepay i choose walllet as paytm. I paid 1000 rupeess from paytm wallet and money got deducted but at last transaction failed. Now paytm is refusing to return my money . They are telling payment is successful. In paytm app no information is provided about the order just showing payment successfull 1000 rupees paid to paytm. When i asked paytm they are telling sbiepay display name is paytm. I contacted sbiepay they are telling money is not received from paytm. Now what should i do. In sbiepay offical website i checked about the transaction it showing payment is failed reason time out.
