Dear concern,
I have used PayTM services to book the flight. My booking ID is 7279423712, Jet Airways 9W-728, travel date 26/May/2019. This flight was cancelled by Airlines on 20/April/2019 as per communication sent by PayTM and PayTM customer care executive. Now it is around 2 months, but I did not receive refund. In between I talked to PayTM executive many times. Now my case ID-123623722 was escalated to Mr. Mayank (a PayTM’s senior staff).
I have similar booking for 5 other passengers in Jet Airways flight through MakeMyTrip. He has transferred my refund within 24hrs, a standard refund time.

I know the PayTM not Airlines because I have used PayTM services to book the flight.
How PayTM will take refund from Airlines, he has to take care about it.
Please do the needful.
