I booked a bus ticket on 19/11/21.

I try to cancell my ticket through paytm customer care. But they cant cancel my ticket bcoz of the techinacal issue. So i called to paytm customer care and register my complaint. But till now they didnt give any Solution and my refund amount didn’t receive.
