I had booked an IRCTC ticket through paytm gateway, later the same ticket was cancelled by me on 12-Nov-18, I have not received my refund from Paytm. As confirmed with IRCTC they have refunded my money to the gateway (Paytm), however paytm has not posted the money back to my indusind Bank credit card account, multiple times i have approached Paytm through their contact center, everytime i call they give me a Case id – for eg 99909405 and say that work is ongoing on your refund, i have mail from Paytm which clearly says that they have received refund of RS 8880, I am very disappointed and now it is more than a month they have not refunded my money back, i had approached their Nodal officer but again nothing moved ahead, please help me it a matter of my hard earned money which i will not like to loose.
