This is regarding my booking id 10359667600 .Mumbai- bengaluru- 3 tickets
I had booked a Mumbai-Bengaluru flight for28-Mar-2020 which was cancelled due to COVID outbreak and lockdown and I was supposed to get the full refund. I had checked with the airline from Dec 2020 – June -2021 and was told that the refund has already been initiated at their end. After that I have made several calls / messages / tweets and I have had absolutely no response till today. The second issue I only see the refund initiated against one ticket and for the other two tickets there has
been no Refund raised request inspite of asking them to do in the last 6 months.
Every time I call up the customer care, they say that they will escalate the issue, but they refuse to give any timeline on the same. It has already been 7 months and I have absolutely no clue as to when will the refund amount get processed. Inspite of asking multiple times to transfer my call to escalation department could not transfer the call saying the executives were busy.
. This is the most irresponsible behavior I have every come across.
