Hi,
I had booked my Indigo flight through Paytm on 17th of Sep which I rescheduled to 20th Sep but on the same day I cancelled my flight and it was partially refundable so I was supposed to receive 1926 rupees from Paytm but since then I am following up with them, more than 20 times I have called them and sent all the possible document which I got from Indigo airlines and clearly shows about my flight & refund status from their side but Paytm is not refunding my amount after following up with so many times, every time I call them I receive the same answer “sir, I have taken this to hire management and they will look on it and you will receive you amount soon” but literally nothing is happing and its been more than 15days.
