This is to inform you that dated 28 sep 2017 timing 08:36 morning i have a transaction (Ref no :3884012035) with paytm for mobile recharge no :7082122955 for the amount of Rs 179/- deducted my bank but we have no received any confirmation & i have complained against this but not clear the issue so please i have complained a against Paytm so please help me

I booked train ticket (chennai to howrah on 22nd september) using paytm app. But after Cancellation that ticket i have not received my refund amount Rs 1705.I called several times to paytm customer care and every time they are showing a fake message that money has been refunded.Please help me regarding my issue.
