Text of Complaint by Sudha vaishnav:

I booked a railway ticket through IRCTC app using my debit card and cancelled the same ticket on April 3,2019. Now in the app the refund amount Rs. 2160 shown as refunded to paytm bank. But yet there is no reflection of credit in my bank account. I tried reaching paytm for it but no option left in app to complain about it. Railways app says we refunded u query it to paytm and to bank. I don’t now where to ask this… It’s been more than 2 weeks the issue is going on.

Do resolve the issue.
