Hi,
Booked ticket through paytm for bus on 22/03/2020 which was cancelled then I called paytm customer care same day they told they will check and update within 7 days. I sent the details of the bus cancellation 4 times till now through paytm customer service and also tweeted for this but they are giving no response and it is frustrating now.
