I have made a transaction of 500 from my paytm wallet on 22 November 2:31pm. The amount got deducted from my wallet but has not been credited into my account till date.
Firstly i called paytm customer care and their executives were so irresponsible that i have to explain them my ptoblem again and again and they were still not able to understood. I have provided them my bank statement of September ,October and November almost 6 to 7 times. Still they are saying that they have refunded my amount but the delay is from my bank’s side.
According to bank rules if you have done a successful transaction and your amount has not been credited within 20days the bank will pay you 100rs/day, but it’s been almost TWO MONTHS I have not got my money from PAYTM neither any transaction has been done by paytm to my bank and they are still sending me these mails and saying that PAYTM does not have any control over bank procesess.
- Then why should we use paytm if they are deducting money from your wallet and then not refunding it.
- Their customer care executives are so irresponsible , seriously no body has that much time to explain them over a call fir hours and hours and even after doing that , sending mails to them you won’t get anything.
Seriously very very bad service by paytm .
