I have ordered a product from paytm for order id 12625523915 . After return refund has not credited. They said that refund has been processed to paytm postpaid.while my paytm postpaid service is closed by paytm itself after placing the order. Now neither I am able to access postpaid. Not getting refund . Paytm support is very poor they are are provided me any refund or assistance how to get refund .
