I had ordered some items (wall stickers) before this Diwali from Paytm on COD. The quality was the worst of some stickers, so i returned some stickers. The materiel was taken back. Even after so many attempts; i am not able to receive my cash back or contact customer care from Paytm. No any mail is given to raise a complain. BANK details already submitted them as i received msg but any action/response from them.
