On the date of 27 nov i have booked online ticket from delhi to gorakhpur. In statring the bus conductor has not received my call the tining was 9.30 but that bus reached on 11.30pm on boarding point after that in that bus too much crowd was there so i deny for travell and ask for refund my money they given me promise that they will refund my money but i did not got any return from there side nir from paytm.
Its happen more than 5 days. Paytm and that bus travel company has not given me any proper reply.
