I have to pay my paytm postpaid bill and amount was deducted and payment will be in processing stage.At that time i have checked no late fees charged. After that when the payment would be complete then late fees was charged. I am paying my bill every month on time. This time payment would be stucked. I request you to please waive my late fees charge

I want to inform you that due to some accident in my house I forgot to pay my postpaid bill for this month and as soon as I got your mail I paid my bill immediately. My bill last day was 07 Feb 23 and I paid my bill on 8 Feb 23. This is the first time and I promise you this will not happen again in future so I request you to kindly refund my late fee.
