Text of Complaint by Raju:

I used Paytm Postpaid option to purchase an education package for approx. Rs. 1600/-. However, while completing the transaction, I got a call from the merchant who asked me not to pay through Paytm as there is a problem and to use another channel.  Therefore, I used my credit card to make the payment.  However, Paytm has repeatedly asked me to pay the 1600 amount, which was not actually used by me.  My enquiries with the merchant also confirmed that they did not receive any credit from Paytm.

I raised many queries using 24X7 Help of Paytm, but the ticket is always being closed without actually resolving or contacting me.  Please help resolve the case suitably.
