Someone who is unknown to me (third person) have logged in my paytm account on another device which is not in my knowledge and took paytm postpaid of 60,000/- through my account and paid the same amount to some Akash Deep. Whereas i have not done any transaction of 60,000/- or any amount. This is a fraud / false transaction. He is trying to show as if i have taken credit of 60,000/- but the truth is I haven’t. And even i was not able to make any payment through my paytm account SINCE more than 1 month as they were asking to complete KYC and i was doing my best to get my KYC complete but was failed. Then some days later a man was calling me again and again from paytm regarding KYC and asked me to fill details on my phone and then he asked me to wait gor 4-5 hours to get my KYC complete. But after one hour i got a notification from paytm that someone has opened my paytm account on another device and Rs.60,000/- has been paid to some akash deed. Please look forward to my complaint as soon as possible. i have made a complaint to help & support section of paytm but they are asking me to wait for long.
