I closed my paytm postpaid account on the 29th august of 3000 INR when the customer servive representative asked me to do it saying she will waive off the late fees but till today 23rd september , no reply from herself or team and yet I get calls saying they are going to come to my house and collect money. I already sent them screenshots of payments as they asked. But still this is being continued by different members of Paytm Postpaid representatives.
