On 13th Feb, I made a merchant payment of 1846.30 rs of Puma.in. After returning the product to puma, merchant(Puma.in) refunded amount of 1846.30 rs on 2nd march 2022 with ARN NUMBER- 20220302111212801300168803998915398.
But till now, refunded amount is not added in my postpaid account of paytm and customer care is not providing any resolution for it.. I need help for this fraud done by paytm on my refund.
