On 28th June I was booking my train tickets on paytm through paytm postpaid but unfortunately due to some technical failure of site I wasn’t able to login into my IRCTC so my booking got cancelled. But i raised the query for my refund, so now here IRCTC claims that they’ve processed the amount but my passbook says it’s still in process since 5 days. I tried to contact customer care but I couldn’t.
