I have availed the postpaid facility from PayTM. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I failed to pay back the amount availed. The recovery agent is now harassing me and calling my friends and family on a daily basis.
I have told them that I am ready to pay the late fees charges and will surely pay them back when my financial condition improves but they are not ready to listen at all.
