Hi Sir,
Myself Ramkumar.
I am not using Paytm postpaid account.
But few days I got a message from unokwn number to pending for payment pending for my side
No customer care executive not talk me.
I have only messages daily for few days.
Like below messages RamkumarKanthiah, Paytm Postpaid payment of Rs. 1578.82 is now OVERDUE. Pay within 4 HRS to avoid further action.click below link.
And I am mentally affected due to this message.
Can you please help to solve this issue.
My questions
1.i have no Paytm postpaid account.
2.then no one contact me directly.
3.then I reached customer care service no response.
4.attached audio and images for your reference.
