I was a very old customer of paytm.I am using paytm for my daily bill payments by using my bank cards only .Then my phone got hacked by some fraudster and mis-used.Due to this i made a cyber crime complaint and made local FIR too.So i suggested by officers to switched off my phone and using paytm only for some necessary bill payments.From many days my contacts list are being call on phone and some agents says they are from paytm and i have used paytm postpaid and demanding 25k amount for payment.The agents who are calling using bad languages and very rude words even they are making false statements.Paytm being such a big company hacking contact list of individual and invading privacy.I want strict action to be taken against paytm agents who are making false demand by making reference calls,destroying individual image in soceity ,damaging by character assassination and this harrasement to be stopped at once.For this i will again make a complain against paytm company to cyber crime and RBI and every social media possible .
