I got 50000 loan from paytm postpaid. one month i paid the loan with a delay. even after paying the money my cibil is affected. They did not update my cibil.
No proper customer support. Bot dont have an option to download NOC.
I was calling Paytm bank department and they are closing tickets without calling or resolving.
All my financials got affected due to this.
Fake support only to loot people. Need serious action to avoid further user getting affected with this.
