I tried deactivating Paytm Postpaid since months. Yet I was unable to deactivate it. Paytm has a rule that there shoudn’t be any outstanding amount by 8th of next month post requesting the deactivation of Post paid account. I adhered to the rule and din’t initiate any transaction. Yet paytm levied RS 10.16 as a part of convenience fee now making me ineligible for deactivation this month. The previous request was denied as paytm charged some minor amount making me ineligible for deactivation by 8th of that month. pathetically paytm is looting money and not allowing me to exit from their postpaid scam. Do the needful and initiate the deactivation as early as possible
