I have made payment of my July dues of Rs 1683.20 on 1st August2022. But started getting calls for over dues repayment on 8 August, I explained it to every caller about the payment done but no one updated it to my account. I tried to file complaints through chats but as soon I exit chat it shows ticket solved. No option to contact paytm post paid Helpline. It is also affecting my cibil score. There is no one to check this act of Aditya Birla finance.
