As my paytm postpaid limit was due and i forget to pay that so i received a call from an executive of paytm customer care and she told me to pay my due as my due was of 1000/- Rs but due to late charges i was charged with 60/- Rs and my total balance was now 1060/- Rs so i paid all the amount but after paying my limit i only got 500/- Rs in my postpaid limit as accordingly it should be 1000/- Rs but the limit i received was 500/- Rs . I called customer care multiple times but didnt get a satisfactory answer.
