Charged Rs. 590 as late fees on Paytm Postpaid just for being late on payment by a few hours. Not properly notified by Paytm beforehand, didn’t notify me before due date. After reaching out to them, their customer support was absolutely terrible and did not help at all. Did not even close my Postpaid account after I asked them to.
Absolutely useless and unethical product, stay away from it. Will cease all relationships with Paytm soon, including bank. For just a small delay, they’ve charged an unreasonable late fees, almost 15% of the bill amount (On Rs. 4000 bill), which no credit card or any loan facility does as bad as this.
