I am writing this complaint letter to bring to your notice the unfair and unjust late fee charges levied by Paytm Postpaid on my account. I have been trying to pay my dues for the past two months, but despite multiple attempts, I have not received any response from their customer support team.
Due to the non-responsive nature of Paytm Postpaid, I was unable to make the payment on time, and as a result, I have been charged a significant amount of late fees. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the customer support team and resolve the issue, there has been no satisfactory solution provided to me.
I find this behavior of Paytm Postpaid to be unfair and unjust. I have been penalized for a situation that was beyond my control. The late fee charges levied by Paytm Postpaid are unreasonable and unjust, and I feel that I have been taken advantage of as a customer.
I hereby request you to take strict action against Paytm Postpaid for their unfair and unethical business practices. I also request you to direct Paytm Postpaid to waive off the late fee charged on my account and provide me with a satisfactory solution to this issue.
