paytm has started new facility of postpaid in which we can shop now and pay later like acredit card. On feb 24 2021 i have done recharge of my airtel dth and it was failed twice. Money was deucted from my paytm postpaid account and i cancelled it because recharge has not done. on 25th feb the refund was issued but never refunded in my paytm postpaid account. I messaged customer support as they dont have any physical person or number where i can ask for help. The reply i got was they will solve the issue before 3rd of march 2021. On 3rd march they said it will be solved on 5th march 2021, then on 5th march they are it will be solved on 9th march 2021. from 26 feb 2021 they are just giving me dates and today is the last date of my due. i have to pay that 1000 rs because irresponsibility of paytm customer support plus gst plus charges. whi will be responsible for that 1000rs?
