Text of Complaint by Sreedev PR:

I had a bill of 55782 in paytm postpaid. I was unable to pay bill on time and this amount is including late fee charges. After having negotiations with the Paytm collection team. They said I can pay 50 thousand and close the account they will waive the balance outstanding charges. They promised that they will close my Paytm postpaid account in 5 days and the amount is not completely waived yet. They haven’t closing my account. I raised a complaint in Paytm and contacted them multiple times. The SLA has been over and there’s no response.
