I have used full limit of paytm Postpaid which is 1000 in amount.
I was unable to pay at due date so I was agreed to pay late fees,
But according to paytm Postpaid late fees charges
The late fees charge is only 100 plus 18% GST at amount of 1000,
But paytm Postpaid has charged 250 + 18% GST
That’s illegal
I have tried Many times to resolve but they suggested me to their 24*7 helpline at Paytm app where are no help for me,
So I am complaining against this issue
Please help me out of this
