Text of Complaint by Prithvi:

I availed the paytm postpaid benefit few months ago and i delayed the payment for 3 months. i started getting calls from postpaid team and they offered me a discount for what i have to pay.
i agreed to that and paid the discounted price within a minute and asked for assurance that i wont be charged for the balance of amount and neither will i get calls or messages from postpaid tem or legal team. They assured me that they wont be reaching out to me for the balance remaining and will also update that same thing in the app. But now its been 6 weeks and things are not updated in the app and also i keep getting whatsapp messages from legal team. They threaten me saying that they will publish my details to all my family members and relatives if i dont pay them. And when i call them from the same whatsapp numbers they dont answer the call and keep their phones switched off.
