Respected Sir,
I’m Akhila Maradugu . On September 9 between 7:30 AM to 6:10 PM in my Paytm Account Fraud Transactions happened in the postpaid. Regarding paytm postpaid which is worthless and i havent used it easily for the past 12 months as there are a lot of restrictions.Seems the fraud guy accessed my account and he did the transaction for 7374(Postpaid). I have just received a call from my own number and in a surprise I received the call, immediately I’ve received multiple otps from the various websites which I’ve deleted immediately without even opening the same. These are all fraudulent transactions done by Fraud guy. Tried reaching Bigbasket which transaction happened of 7374/- They are saying that they don’t have any details of transaction happened on that day from my account. Paytm postpaid suggested me to register a Police Complaint and they can support based on police investigation. Please consider this as a Police Complaint and file FIR on this . You can reach me at any time without any consent . I request you to take necessary action and cancel all these transactions that happened in postpaid. Let me know in case any forms need to be filled and will fill accordingly. Please let me know if any other details are required.
