This is related to the Paytm postpaid bill of 55,444 shown in my Paytm app.

I need to give a brief on the issue and my experience dealing with this for 2 months…Firstly bill and the transactions showing are totally fraud and not done by me, I have never used the postpaid services, and one day I got a call saying he is calling from Aditya Birla postpaid and your 55k bill is pending then I got to know about this.

Secondly, I have raised multiple tickets in Paytm app and called Aditya Birla finance team but it is not yet resolved When I am calling paytm customer care they are saying this issue will be only resolved over chat and tickets which is truly not justified.

Aditya Birla finance team told that they are not handling anything related to Paytm postpaid, Also raise the ticket(case id: CAS2316164) but none of the 2 companies is resolving the issue.
Attached are the transactions showing, no one till date has given any explanation/summary of the payments showing.

Due to this my CIBIL score is getting very low and getting affected. Please help me in reaching out to the right person who can clear these fraud dues.
