Myself Abbaskhan Anwarpasha Desai. Iam using paytm postpaid from last 2 years. Today from my account there is two transactions happend of rupees 7499/- on 6th Feb 2023, 5:10pm, Transaction ID – 972789183. And second transaction od 6999/- Transaction ID – 972855707. I triend to regestered complaint by calling paytm care but no respond from Mr. Sandeep Singh (Paytm Security and Privacy Department). He didnt even guide me how to unlink fraud takeover of paytm postpaid application. They are telling me to connect 24/7 help chat but there is no option for fraud case reg, Fraud transaction reg. overall my loss is because of paytm. Please reg this case against Paytm, Aditya birla finance group, paytm postpaid.
