Text of Complaint by Arpit Tripathi:

Hi. This side Arpit and I am facing issue with my Paytm postpaid. I have started postpaid in May before 7th June,I have made the payment but I got fined for late fees which was 590 rs after I have used postpaid for around 2300rs and it got closed but later I have fined for 590rs again for July and August . I wanted to talk to your customer care but did not get any details from there . Now my billing amount is showing 5500 approx which is too much and I am not going to pay the late fees as well.Could you please call me and we will settle down the payment issue and I want to close the postpaid as earliest. I have tried to make a complaint many times but did not get successful.
