Sir/ Ma’am,
Myself Nayan, I am a user of Paytm Postpaid. I barely use the service of postpaid in paytm but one day on 21st December at 5.30PM a transaction of
Rs. 119.38 is made without my knowledge and authorisation, and again on 22nd December at 1.24PM and 10.03PM transactions were made of Rs. 189.55 and Rs. 152.95 respectively, without my knowledge and authorisation from a vendor name ZOMATO MEDIA PVT LTD.
Sir/ma’am, when I tried to report these transactions, then these transactions are not shown in the report section by which I can’t report them.
Sir/ma’am, I have mailed the PAYTM but they didn’t respond and even I got call from their customer care executive and they try to force me to pay the dues which I haven’t used
Please help me to get rid off from this problem
It’s a big scam going in PAYTM POSTPAID SERVICE
I’m going to attach images of proof regarding those transactions and of the report section where those transactions are not present.
