Hi i was using Paytm postpaid in 2019 i got the limit of 500 used and paid again got 1000 limit used and paid again i got 2000 limit used but before 10 days of the due date the Paytm account got blocked i called the Paytm multiple times no response was there i emailed them multiple times but still there was no response and finally in 2022 may 14 my account got unlocked and i got a call from the recovery team of paytm postpaid they asked for a settlement amount of 6000 to pay on Paytm postpaid account to close my application and dues i paid that amount but still the issue persist and again I’m getting calls from them. Now they are asking 11000 to close the account. I tried reaching their lenders tata capital and clix both denied to know the loan number now what should I do to close this and these guys are so abusive. Please help!!
