Respected Sir,
This is Shubha here . On November 27th between 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM in my Paytm Account Fraud Transactions happened in the postpaid. Regarding paytm postpaid which is worthless. Seems the fraud guy accessed my account and he opened my postpaid account which has Credit Limit of around 25000.And he did the transaction for 25000(Postpaid). I have clicked the Phishy link logged in and caused all these and i logged out immediately.These are all fraudulent transactions done by Fraud guy 7407310219 even if you search him truecaller it shows as fraud without the name and phishing message came from the number 8121059762. I have raised two complaints 22100645258 & 22100646817 in Paytm but no Support from your end I have attached the Fraud Transaction Detail which all transactions happened.
I request you to take necessary action and cancel all these transactions that happened in postpaid. Let me know in case any forms need to be filled and will fill accordingly .
