Dear Team,
I have availed Paytm Postpaid service and cleared all the dues and closed my account.
I have received the No-Due clearance certificate(attached) as well for the same but it has been notified to the Credit Bureau that I am the defaulter and the amount is due.
Please find the attached No-Due Clearance certificates and request you to please help me in getting it corrected as it is impacting my Credit History from 800 to 500
I got the limit of Paytm postpaid Rs.40000/- which is from Arthimpact Digital loan a/c no in – PYTMPPH404113095023 All payments were clear on time. But when i check my CIBIL report showed a balance of Rs. 268.as i know i had paid all payment also i also have NO DUES
