Its calculations are some what wrong. My account was showing outstanding more than I used the postpaid limit. When I raised concern they had just robot chat means no resolution. They don’t have any contact no where we can call to resolve or when I messaged to have a call back to resolve the issue. There is no response for same. Above that one message i received is to pay the current outstanding i.e as i claimed i my spent limit in month. when I paid the said amount I was still charged with late fee for the amount shown as pending as per them , which actually a disputed amount for that I haven’t got resolution. Finally i had to pay the incorrectly calculated false amount just because no one there is bothering to check the matter but putting late fees and raising my account to pay
