I have applied for Paytm postpaid service. And while applying for Paytm postpaid it clearly mentioned that it charges zero rupees for using this service (late fees is applied when we don’t pay on time). But after clearly whole amount it is showing I have to pay 34 rupees extra. There are charging convenience charge which was not mentioned while applying. When I asked them they said it is our policy and you have already accepted it while applying for it.
