I activated Paytm Postpaid they secretly adding 20 to 30 rs into every bill and simply saying as convenience fee. Doesn’t mentioned anywhere else as they will charge extra.. mentioned everywhere as 0% and no need to pay any extra in bold and big letters.. Now saying as per terms they charging.. Its pure cheating. Even though i let it go ok and paid and said to deactivate my postpaid account. Still, they not deactivated after a week and said it will be deactivated be feb 8 (as every month 8th) I settled Jan month bill with that cheating convenience fee too.. Now saying not this 8th and next 8th will deactivate. So, there plan is to get another 20~30 rs as convenience fee for next month. Not deactivating and keep on charging money as convenience fee.. It may be 30rs less money. but, they are Cheating.. How many people got cheated like this and how many 30 rs they cheated on ppl.. full and full scam paytm postpaid..
