I paid the whole amount of paytm post paid before 1 March but still paytm postpaid is charging 383 .
Last month it also took the amount.
I have paid more than 600 rupee till now without any reason.
Every month Paytm postpaid asking any amount as a convenience fee which is more then it’s delay fee or fine, without any reason.
I tried to complaint on Paytm also but they just closed my complaint ticket without any information.
It is very annoying for me to pay unsuitable amount.
Please sort out this issue I am much annoyed by this type of act done by Paytm app.
