I had been using paytm with my old phone number till this year March. Seems there was a charge of Rs.10.36 was pending when I closed my account. I found my credit report with decreased cibil score and found Fullerton loan overdue bouncing back since March. I checked my emails and found that I have paytm postpaid overdue. When I click on pay now option available in the email, I get a blank screen on Paytm app. I couldn’t find the overdue amount listed anywhere in the paytm app even after logging in with my old number. I called Paytm customer support. They provided a link to repay. But the link says the URL doesn’t exist. I contacted Fullerton to make repayment but they told me to contact paytm as they don’t see any account with my old/new mobile number. It has affected my cibil score very badly. I need support to make the repayment.
