Text of Complaint by Md Shams uddin:

I was using paytm from long time and made lost of payments,transactions, recharges and lots of shopping.

  • 3 month agao I got some 3000 rs eCash from paytm to make shopping not for other things. Within 1 month I can use that amount in shopping. I used that amount by shopping system speaker and other things. After I got a message that I have a due of 3000 rs to pay soon not mentioning tha date. I link my HDFC account with paytm for Automatic detection. After getting that message I put that 3000 rs in that account  to pay the due. Again I was getting daily messages that I have due with 500 rs fine an d election in maching voice call which I cannot answer. I checked my hdfc account which was showing -3000 rs that’s means I didn’t have that money 3000 i putted. I cannot reach the customer care about my issue. No one is answering my issue and daily I m getting electronic calls & messages. Now that message says paytm will send legal notice to me. Had hai yaar. Please get back to me and register my complaint ASAP. Thank you

    Paytm activated my post paid with out KYC and without linking my ICICI bank account with Paytm postpaid and someone haked my Paytm account and made shopping .I lodged complaint with Paytm but invain .Paytm started sending me outstanding payment reminders.
