I have used paytm post paid. In that after some time they start increasing amount of over due. They started calling me whole day i want to close my paytm postpaid account. One day one lady from paytm postpaid itself called me and said pay the due and we will refund ur over charges that i paid all the over due amount and during whole payment that lady was on call from customer care than after paying i asked her that when i m going to get my refund and i told her that please close my account of paytm postpaid she accepted that later its been july. And i have paid whole amt on may 6 there is no refund still they are continuously increasing the bill. And calling me everytime i m asking about my complain.. They give me different no. Call on that there is only computer who is giving option.. So at last i don’t find any solution. And they call me 4-5 time in a day that’s hilarious.. First solve my problem than close the account of mine paytm postpaid
