I humbly submit this complaint to bring to your attention a distressing matter involving my Paytm Postpaid account, which has led to undue financial burden and a complete lack of resolution despite my sincere efforts to communicate with the respondent, Paytm.
I am the registered user of Paytm Postpaid, holding the mobile number 8106864320 and utilizing the registered email vasutailors2@gmail.com. Regrettably, without any prior warning or explanation, my account was blocked, rendering me incapable of accessing the account for essential transactions, including settling the outstanding postpaid bill.
This unfortunate blockage has had serious repercussions, leading to not only a disrupted payment process but also additional charges due to non-payment. While I diligently attempted to rectify the situation, my repeated attempts to contact Paytm’s customer support through emails, phone calls, and online channels yielded no fruitful response.
The lack of communication and assistance from Paytm’s end has left me with no recourse, pushing me to escalate this matter to the honorable Consumer Court. I believe this drastic step is necessary to safeguard my rights as a consumer and to ensure that I am not subjected to undue financial duress due to a situation beyond my control.
my postpaid bill is Rs.4000/- and they charged me Rs.6206/-
