I started using paytm postpaid in may 2022, got my credit limit of rs4000 and I paid my dues on time too. After clearing my dues on 31st may I again used paytm postpaid and I started getting calls to clear my due. But I didn’t understand that because I used the least limit on 1st june and I paid it on 23 july as said by the customer care i didn’t pay the late fees she told me it would be waived off. So from them I’ve been seeing due amount of rs5000+ which is not even my credit limit. So after a month I received rs590 in my bank account as a refund since then I’ve been trying to contact the customer care but couldn’t reach as this is affecting my credit score overall. Also today on 8th August I received rs1475 in my account.
I have also contacted the support email I’d but still no help from them.. also when they told me to pay rs885 more as the late fee or something I agreed and paid rs885 on 8 august itself. But still on the app it is showing that my amount is due and it’s a lot.. as I’m a student I cannot pay this much of amount which I haven’t even used yet.
